Worry-Free Program

“I am an old man and have known a great many troubles,
but most of them never happened.” – Mark Twain

Worrying is optional.  That's right, you actually have a choice in whether to worry or not to worry. Some experts believe that worrying is a very valuable human habit designed to keep you and your loved ones safe.  In other words, humans are wired to worry.

Let's face it: everybody worries some of the time.
But when someone worries excessively and unproductively, it can become a problem.  In fact, constant unproductive worrying can negatively impact many aspects of one's life.

Excessive worry affects your emotional health. It changes what you think, what you do, how you feel, and how you relate to others.  Many "professional" worriers have reported that their uncontrollable worry habits have led to job loss, divorce and health issues.

You are here because either you or someone you care about is worrying too much.

The Worry-Free Program is designed for those who:

  • Are tired of being told to "Just stop worrying," or "Get over it," or "Try to be more positive."
  • Want to know "how" to stop worrying.
  • Are ready to make a commitment to get their lives under control.
  • Want to have healthy, productive relationships at home, work and or school.
  • Desire a peace of mind.
  • Want freedom from being held hostage by constant worrying thoughts.
