Adult Trauma Survivor Program

Someone who has experienced trauma also has gifts to offer all of us - in their depth, their knowledge of our universal vulnerability, and their experience of the power of compassion.

This program is designed for those who are fully committed and aware of the personal time and energy required to effectively heal  from childhood trauma, whether it be emotional, physical and or sexual.

As an Adult who has learned to live with Complex-PTSD (C-PTSD), I know personally how difficult it was struggling to stay in relationships, keep jobs and the cost of not knowing how to communicate.  The price I paid was high.  Therefore, I have spent a great deal of time finding effective ways of learning to live with the impacts of trauma from my childhood in healthy ways.

Also, I have been to counseling, psychologist, psychiatrist, spiritual guides, you name it; I have tried it.  I am fully aware that effective healing from childhood trauma requires time and patience.

I have read so many self-help books and attended costly adult trauma survivor retreats.  They have all given me some helpful information but I needed something more.

This program is designed for those who want something more than just "talking" about their trauma, it will offer reliable tools that promotes self-cafe, healthy relationships and the ability to handle difficult situations (triggers) on a daily basis.

This is not a replacement for Therapy.

In fact, most of my clients continue to see a therapist to address the issues underlying their C-PTSD/PTSD. Coaching uses that knowledge only as a jumping off point—as a way to help you move forward and make positive changes in your life. Where therapy is deeply reflective, coaching is oriented towards positive actions.

Prior to joining the program, you will be asked a series of questions to evaluate whether this program is a good fit for you.  We will meet for a free consultation either in person or via the phone or internet (Skype/FaceTime).  Below are samples of questions you will be asked:

(1) What work have you done with regards to healing from your trauma?
(2) What was successful in your prior healing work?
(3) Are you currently seeing a professional, such as a therapist?
(4) What is missing that you are hoping to achieve via Coaching?
(5) What is important to you that I need to know as your coach?

Also, during our free session, I will be expecting that you have questions for me.  You can ask me anything that allows you to feel safe and to trust me in working with you.  For example, Why do I feel Coaching is useful for adults healing from childhood trauma?

I look forward in exploring the possibility of doing some great healing work together.
